Island Cabins: The perfect solution for budget accommodation on Keswick Island. There are 8
cabins with 3 different sleeping configurations. a) 2 that sleep 3 people
(twin + single bunk), b) 2 that sleep 2 people (single bunks) and c) 4
single cabins (king single bed). The inclusion of meals in this option make
it the best choice for back packers and fishermen alike.
Rate: $120 per night, per person, triple share, min
3 nights, includes transfers and 3 meals.

Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Deposit: A
$500.00 deposit will be taken from the credit card number provided when the
booking is made.
2. Bookings are only confirmed
once the deposit of $500.00 has been processed.
3. Confirmation of your booking
will be forwarded by email and is subject to these terms and conditions.
4. Booking Changes:
Notice of any amendments, reduction or increases in the length of stay must be
advised by email a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival.
5. Final Payment: The
balance of your accommodation must be paid 10 days prior to your arrival. If you
haven’t paid the balance by then we will process the amount outstanding from the
credit card number previously provided.
6. All prices are quoted in
Australian Dollars.
7. Payment Methods:
Payment is only accepted by Mastercard, Visa or Amex Cards. A credit card
surcharge of 3.5% applies to all payments by Amex.
8. Minimum Stay: A
minimum 4 night stay applies to all bookings with the exception of Peak Seasons
being Christmas, New Year, Easter, and Special Events.
9. Long Term Stays:
Tariff of 4 weeks or more is available on request.
10. Cot Hire: Cot
hire available at $20 per stay. Cot hire must be advised at time of booking.
11. Maximum Occupancy:
Bookings will not be accepted if the maximum number of guests exceeds the
advertised capacity of the holiday home. It is the responsibility of the guest
to ensure that the property meets the bedding configuration of their group prior
to booking.
12. Arrival & Departure
Times: Check in time is 2pm, and check out time 10am, or alternative times
by prior arrangement. Arrival and departure details must be advised 10 days
prior to your arrival date.
13. Smoking Policy:
All holiday homes are smoke free environments. Smoking is permitted on
balconies, but no smoke is to enter the dwelling, and butts must be disposed of
in ashtrays provided. A penalty of $500 will apply if guests ignore this
condition of occupancy.
14. Should the property you
have selected be removed from the Keswick Island Holiday Letting pool you will
be notified and we will endeavour to offer you suitable alternative holiday home
accommodation. If the alternative property does not suit your holiday
requirements you have the right to cancel your accommodation without penalty.
15. Additional Booking Terms
& Conditions apply to bookings over Peak Seasons as follows; A minimum 7 night
stay applies to all Peak Season bookings. A surcharge may apply for Peak Season
stays. Enquire at the time of booking. No arrivals or departures permitted on
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday or declared
Public Holidays for these days, or other dates as determined.
16. Cancellation Policy:
(excluding Peak Seasons):
If your booking is cancelled more than 10 days prior to your arrival date, your
deposit of $500.00 will be forfeited in full as a cancellation fee. If your
booking is cancelled 10 or less days prior to your arrival date, or you fail to
arrive, or depart early, you will be charged the total cost of your
accommodation as booked.
17. Cancellation Policy
(Peak Seasons):
If your booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your
deposit of $500.00 will be forfeited in full as a cancellation fee. If your
booking is cancelled 30 or less days prior to your arrival date, or you fail to
arrive, or depart early, you will be charged the total cost of your
accommodation as booked.
